As you follow the steps in Parchment to request an official transcript, you will be asked when you want the transcript sent. Former students and graduates from before Summer 2025 should always choose "Send Now."
The Hold for Grades option will hold your transcript until final grade reporting has completed and ensures that the award notation for the Dean's List will be included on qualifying records. Your transcript will not be sent automatically after all your grades are submitted. It will be sent on the date below.
The Hold for Degree option will hold your transcript until final graduation processing for Summer 2025 has completed. If you choose this option, your transcript will be sent on the date below. As long as you meet the requirements to graduate, your transcript will show that your degree has been awarded.

This means that it is possible to order your transcript too early, and your transcript could be sent with important information missing. Your Summer 2025 grades, Dean's List notation, and degree conferral message take time to add to the transcript after the end of the semester.
If you are a current student or recent graduate, you can review your advising transcript in LionPATH before you place your order.
